Tender Details

The Contractor will be responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of electronic forms used by BC Timber Sales (BCTS). Solutions are expected to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support scalable, maintainable approaches to forms management. These forms may include smart forms, web-based applications, and JavaScript-based solutions (e.g., React) that support data capture, validation, workflow integration, and document generation. This will include “how to” documentation. All documents must be easy to read and understand. This work will be required on an as-needed basis. This project is SAFE Company exempt. Questions & Answers All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: [email protected]. Deadline for receiving questions is 2:00 pm on June 22, 2026. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by June 29, 2026. Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Unverified bid results will be posted to BC Bid after tender opening and once awarded the contract award results will be available on BC Bid.
