Tender Details

Civida is seeking for one (1) qualified supplier to provide maintenance, repair, and replacement of Electronic Door Access Control of Civida properties with Salto System. The work may include, but is not limited to the following:
Maintenance and repair of the existing electronic door access control system.
Replacement where necessary - supply and install of new access control system (including card readers, fobs, smart stickers, hardware, etc.) at front door, back door, parkade, and elevator (parking level), adhering to Civida Security System Standards.
Supply head end equipment such as Smart Fobs, Encoder and Personal Programming Device.
Electronic Door Access Control consulting services
Provide Civida staff training and education as required.
Services under this RFQ will be provided on an as-needed basis and may include troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of electronic door access control systems to meet current Civida standards, subject to budget availability. Work will be initiated through Purchase Orders issued by Civida-s Facilities and Maintenance team.
