Electricity supply The subject of this public procurement procedure is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Client, The delivered electricity must contain a minimum of 50% of electricity from renewable sources. To stimulate production energy from renewable sources in order to make it more competitive with energy obtained from conventional sources and to encourage the construction of new sources of renewable energy and achieve sustainable development, the Client determined that the electricity must contain the above-mentioned minimum percentage of electricity from renewable sources. Renewable energy sources are energy from renewable non-fossil sources, for example wind energy, solar energy (thermal and photovoltaic) and geothermal energy, energy from environment, tidal energy and other ocean energy, hydropower, biomass, gas obtained from waste, gas obtained from wastewater treatment plants and biogas (Article 3 of the Electricity Market Act, Official Gazette, 111/21, 83/23, 17/25). As confirmation of fulfillment of the conditions on the origin of electricity, the selected tenderer (Supplier) is obliged to deliver to the Client a valid certificate from the Register of guarantees of the origin of electricity, issued by of an independent body for issuing a guarantee of the origin of electricity, which confirms that at least 50% of the delivered electricity (that is, the amount - the percentage of electricity specified in the offer is selected...
