This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Provide all necessary tools, equipment and supplies in accomplishing providing electrical power and lighting at its survey boat dock facilities. Having electrical power dock side will allow boat to stay in the water as it recharges its batteries overnight, saving valuable time pulling it out of the water. Additionally it will allow operation of on-board equipment while the boat is not running. This is especially critical during operations requiring multiple days to complete. The added lighting will ensure safety and security during periods of darkness and limited visibility.

Note: this work will be performed in the rio grande valley area, brownsville, texas, in cameron county, for the galveston district, corp of engineers, galveston, texas.
