eHub research framework agreement The Province of Fryslân enters into a framework agreement with a maximum of three contractors for the performance of independent research and consultancy services for energy hub initiatives within Fryslân. The service provision focuses on the initiative and design phase of energy hubs and includes energy scans, stakeholder analyses, coalition formation, feasibility studies, business cases, governance issues, financing issues and process guidance.
