ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION: - The International Finance Corporation ("IFC") and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ("EBRD") are jointly supporting the Sovereign Fund of Egypt acting on behalf of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities & Urban Communities, as joint lead advisor for the first transaction under the government of Egypt's desalination program.
As part of their role as lead advisor, IFC and EBRD are hiring a team of technical, environmental & social (E&S), and legal consultants to provide specialized inputs for the project. The legal consultant, to be hired directly by IFC, will provide legal support during the preparation, structuring and implementation of the project.
