Short description : Helse Bergen HF will acquire 2 pieces. Latest / Latest ECP Machines to the Medical Department at Haukeland University Hospital. ECP machines should be used to treat, and possibly also prevent, acute and chronic graft-to-host disease (GvHD) in patients of all age groups who haveis undergoing allogeneic stem cell transplantation. ECP is leukapheresis where centrifugation separates lymphocytes from erythrocytes and plasma with ex-vivo treatment of lymphocytes with 8-MOP and UVA irradiation. In addition, instrument-dependent consumables will be procured. There is only one supplier`s swhether to offer the current instruments. See the grounds in Appendix D1 to this letter of intent.
