Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of:

3 pcs - Echocardiographic USG system of the highest category;

1 pc - Portable echocardiographic device;

11 pcs - Probes (according to the specification).

Detailed description of individual items is given in Appendix no. 12 Tender documents.

Requireddelivery of new, unused and non-refurbished devices.

The subject of the order must include the following services:

-services connected with the delivery of goods, i.e. ensuring transport to the place of fulfillment, its unloading at the place of fulfillment, unpacking and disposal of packaging,

-completion and installation of the device,

-fromtesting the functionality and operability of the delivered equipment,

-training min. 3 employees with the operation of the supplied device in the range of min. 1 hour,

-handover of documents during the takeover procedure - handover protocol, certificates of conformity for the entire device, all necessary audit reports requiredfor the correct function of the device and the relevant legislation currently in force for medical devices, warranty certificate, operating manual in paper and electronic form in the official language, invoice and delivery note of the device,

-final handover complete test of the device confirming the completeness of the technic properties and full functionality of the device in the presence of the head of the relevant department carried out at the beginning of the handover procedure,

-warranty period min. 24 months and warranty service included in the price of the item purchased.
