Tender Details

The assignment concerns a European tender for the hiring of data and AI professionals for the DIA department. The deployment of external professionals is essential to realize NS's data-driven ambitions and requires sustainable collaboration, flexibility and high-quality services. The requested roles, associated activities, seniority levels and competencies are further detailed in Appendix - Job profiles. The tender is aimed at concluding framework agreements with three suppliers. The aim is to build long-term cooperative relationships suppliers not only provide capacity, but also actively contribute to knowledge development, innovation and community building at DIA. The scope of the assignment includes: • Hiring data and AI professionals in the following roles, among others: Data Engineers, BI Specialists, Data/Analytics Translators, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists and Data Platform/Software Engineers. For a further explanation of the roles and activities, see Appendix - Job profiles. • Collaboration in the field of knowledge sharing, training and development processes (e.g. through communities, junior programs and guilds).
