e-Forms 2023 / EU / HUS 486-2023 Pharmacy ERP system as a software service HUS is requesting your offer for a software service that manages HUS Apteek's operational management, covering the areas of operation described in the appendices. To be acquired the software service configures HUS Apteek's drug management processes and information. The software service must be integrated with the systems used by HUS in its other operational management (e.g. Oracle Fusion Cloud). In the tender request attachments (appendix 0 and appendices 1: Description of current operations) the scope of current operations is described in verbal descriptions by different operational areas. The purpose of the descriptions is to acquaint the provider with the current operations of HUS Apteek. It is described in the appendices (appendices 2: Description of the target state). requirements set for the object of procurement by operational area with different process descriptions and listed requirements. The purpose of this is to express to bidders the minimum requirements for operational control. Goals have also been described for the development of current operations. Our purpose is to replace the current system with a software service (SaaS), which enables the development of processes and ensures qualitatively stable operation. HUS is looking for a SaaS-based software service, which must be based on to ready-made software already in production use and to the customer's configurable solution.
