Description
The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY& IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) IDIQ contract to perform the dismantling and erection of the McDonough (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Construction Hoist and replacement of the safety devices. The Construction Hoist is a McDonough model NOV3242 eUPF7 in the Dry Docks, which is inclusive of the landing gate/enclosure, tower mast, elevator car, base frame, buffer stand, tie-ins and all peripherals and electrical components.
This posting serves as a pre-solicitation notice in association with the sources sought notice N32253-24-003 and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204.
This requirement is unrestricted, full and open competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors .The Product Service Code is J035 - Maint/Repair/Rebuild Of Equipment- Service And Trade Equipment.
This requirement is for five years.
This pre-solicitation notification does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary and the Government does not assume financial responsibility for any costs incur.
Submission instructions will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation and written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLINs structure.
The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about June 3, 2024.
