Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal, through the 5% LDRRM Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (4, 970, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
