The BARANGAY BAUTISTA, through the Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Three Hundred Forty Eight and 32/100 Pesos Only (Php 397, 348.32) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF DOLE KABUHAYAN STARTER KITS PROJECT (TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT).Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Barangay Bautista, Labo, Camarines Norte now invites bidders/suppliers for Procurement of DOLE Kabuhayan Starter Kits Project (Tools and Equipment). Delivery of the services/goods is required for 30 (thirty) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project equivalent to 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail"criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 500.00) from October 10 - 17, 2016. To apply and to bid for this contract, interested bidders/suppliers must submit photocopy and original ( for authentication purposes and issuance of bid documents) of the following documents (a) Valid and current Mayor`s permit; (b) DTI business Name Registration (DTI) or SEC Registration or CDA; (c) Tax Clearance (d) Printed copy of Philgeps Invitation to bid wherein the name of the company/supplier will be reflected in the Document Request List of the Bid Notice Abstract of the Procuring Entity. (e) PhilGeps registration; (f) Latest Income tax return.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 26, 2016, Wednesday @ 9: 30 A.M. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. Bid opening shall be on October 26, 2016, Wednesday @ 10: 00 A.M. at the Barangay Bautista Session Hall, Labo, Camarines Norte. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders` representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted. Request for clarification must be submitted at least five (5) days before the scheduled bid opening. Motion for reconsideration shall not in any way stop the bidding process as specified in the IRR-A of R.A. 9184. The Barangay Bautista reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
