Tender Details

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of dog and cat food to the Lena Zaktek shelter for homeless animals in Koszalin. Ordering Party's requirements: - animal food should meet the conditions provided for by law for this type of products. Minimal shelf life of food: in accordance with applicable regulations regarding dry food and canned food for pets, not less than 1 year from the date of delivery to the shelter; - the scope of individual batches of the order will be determined each time with an order in terms of assortment and quantity. The Contractor will deliver the food within 4 business days (or shorter period offered) from notification via e-mail. The delivery date is the criterion for evaluating the offers; - one-time delivery will not be less than 150 kg; - The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to deliver the goods using its own transport, at its own risk, including unpacking (single-story building), non-returnable packaging (including pallets).
