a) Development of project documentation for planning permission for a waste treatment facility in the industrial area on Kojetínská Street in Prostějov with a capacity of 80, 000 t/year, within the scope of the requirements of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. about status documentation b) Elaboration of project documentation for the demolition of current buildings c) Coordination with the EIA process: Incorporation of binding conditions from the opinion for the EIA plan. d) Provision of specialized performance: Part of the performance and fixed price of the general designer is the complete provision of all necessary surveys and possibly studies for the purposes of processing the DPZ and issuing the project permit. e) Part of the project work will be costed statements of measurements for the demolition of existing buildings and an estimate of the investment costs of the construction. f) Engineering activity (IČ) for unified management: Discussion of the connection of the necessary media with the network managers (except for electricity, the application for connection to HV 2 MW has already been submitted by the FCC), securing all binding opinions of the authorities concerned and coordination aimed at the issuance of the Unified Environmental Opinion (JES) and final permission of the project at the relevant building authority, g) Digitization and deposit into the builder's portal: Complete processing of documentation in digital form meeting all ...
