DNS_Construction work for the construction of RES and BESS - Category I. - RES with an installed capacity of up to 30 MWp inclusive DNS_Construction work for the construction of RES and BESS - Category II. - RES with an installed capacity of over 30 MWp The subject of public contracts entered in the established DNS there will be mainly construction work of an ordinary nature related to the preparation and implementation of construction parts of RES and BESS projects, in particular preparatory, earth, excavation and field work, rough landscaping, topsoil stripping, possible recultivation/orchard/vegetation modifications, construction work for technical infrastructure (e.g. excavations for cabling), establishment, modification and restoration of paved surfaces, roads, foundation surfaces and structures and similar building elements, installation of fencing, gates and related building elements, finishing and accompanying work including waste management, carrying out the necessary tests and handing over related documentation. The contracting authority introduces DNS for services that are repeatedly procured, of a regular nature and generally available on the market, while the specific scope will be defined in the sub-Call for tenders (e.g. a statement of dimensions/item list of works or technical description, etc.). DNS will be divided into categories in the sense of § 138, paragraph 1 ZZVZ, as follows: a) Category I. - RES with an installed capacity of up to 30 MWp inclusive; b) Category II. - RES with an installed capacity of over 30 MWp.
