Above. the assortment must meet the following requirements: be new and free from defects, original, free from third party rights.3. Accompanying documentation: marking on product - manufacturer's name, product type/catalogue number, CE mark if required in the EU.4. Required product shelf life: min. 12 months from the date of delivery.5. The Contractor is obliged to deliver Goods free from substances whose composition, according to the current classification in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of 16 December 2008 on classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC and amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (OJ EU L. of 2008, No. 353, p. 1, as amended), indicates carcinogenic (category 1A or 1B), mutagenic (category 1A or 1B) or reprotoxic (category 1A or 1B) activity.6. Offer evaluation criteria: 99% price, 1% completion date. II. Conditions order completion: 1. Completion date - The order completion date expected by the Ordering Party is 7 business days.
