Tender Details

Fingrid Oyj (later referred as ”Client” or ”Procurement Unit”) is expanding its power plant area. For the expansion, two gas turbines from the existing power plant area and one two gas turbine from storage facilities are to be relocated to the new premises. The scope of works of this procurement is removal, transportation, and installation of the three 26MW gas turbines to the new premises. The procurement procedure complies with the Finnish legislation on public procurement; the Act on Procurement and Concession Contracts of Entities Operating in the Water and Energy Supply, Transport and Postal Services Sector (1398/2016, “Act on Public Contracts in Special Sectors”). The procurement will be carried out as a negotiated procedure in accordance with Section 38 of the Act on Public Contracts in Special Sectors. The procurement procedure is described in more detail in the attached document of this notice. More detailed specifications of the scope of the works will be provided later in the preliminary tender material. Estimated contract period is September 2024-April 2025.
