Provide in-person Disease Intervention Specialist (“DIS”) training services for Harm Reduction Services Branch (HRSB) personnel. Training includes two (2) subgroup sessions of 3 consecutive days each (minimum 5 hours, maximum 7 hours per day), followed by supervisory debriefing sessions. Vendor must supply all required training materials, assessments, attendance logs, curriculum documentation, evaluation summaries, and a final report. Total billing for the contract period shall not exceed $29, 999.99.
