Description: Object of the Contract is to assign operations of visual archiving - digitizing handwriting, scores, photographs, architectural designs and books of the Athens Conservatory from its conventional format in a digital format, and its safe storage.
The main object of the project includes digitization using the scanning method of the archived material which will be indicated in the contractor, and up to a maximum estimated number of 830, 000 (eight thirty thousand) pages. Due to the nature of the archive material (sensitive manuscripts, large-scale architectural designs, special specifications, old books, etc.) Special knowledge and technical infrastructure for digitization work is required.
