Expression of Interest are invited for Contracting a Firm for Digital Transformation of New Formalities and Procedures for Wildlife Conservation Areas and Executive Secretary of the National System of Conservation Areas (SINAC).
The Ministry of Foreign Trade of Costa Rica (hereinafter COMEX) has received funding from the Inter-American

Development Bank (hereinafter the "IDB" or "the Bank") for the Costa Rica Border Integration Program

(hereinafter the "PIF") and intends to use part of the funds for the development of information systems, more

specifically in consultancy services "Contracting a Firm for Digital Transformation of New Formalities and

Procedures for Wildlife Conservation Areas and Executive Secretary of the National System of Conservation

Areas (SINAC)”.
Consultancy services are responsible for the digital transformation of a total of 46 formalities and procedures to

improve the institutional management of the Wildlife Conservation Areas and Executive Secretary of the National System of Conservation Areas (SINAC) under the regulatory framework Law of Conservation of Wildlife 7317 and its reform 9106 and regulation Decree 40548-MINAE; which includes introducing a set of technical

requirements and functionalities to develop the services that SINAC currently offers. More details of the scope
