Tender Details

The subject is the professional recording (digitization) of 35 mm and 16 mm film discs and 3/4 inch magnetic discs in U-matic SP cassettes. Copy rooms will be copies of 35 mm and 16 mm films, duplicate positives and negatives of the image on acetate, nitrate or polyester substrates, black and color, sound and noise and according to professional 3/4 inch magnetic dogs in U-matic SP cassettes. For older 35 mm films without optical track sounds, a description in full display format (without image border) is required. For the list of all materials, 4K 3840 is required resolution 2160p (750 Mbit/s), or 2880 2160p (580 Mbit/s) - depending on the aspect ratio of the scanned material. The record on the magnetic dog has a resolution of 720 x 576 PAL. The conversion must include deinterlacing, i.e. removal of the interlacing of images and subsequent upscaling to the required 4K 3840 2160p or 2880 2160p with a 50p retouch. This conversion from interlaced to progressive must be carried out with specific software, e.g. Tachyon, Alchemist File, etc. The aspect ratio will be the same as the original movie dog (in 4 : 3).
