Digital Port card with expansion of system functionalities and integration with EuRIS The subject of the public contract is the upgrade of the complex existing Port Card system, which controls the consumption of energy and media for vessels through consumption columns on port infrastructure operated by the Waterways Directorate of the Czech Republic. The subject of performance includes in particular: - implementation of a tool for fulfilling the Port Card functions via a mobile device (digital Port Card), - modernization of partial functionalities for improving user friendliness, - upgrade of the control technology of the take-off posts to the current standard (including software modifications, replacement of electronic boards and deployment of firmware), - ensuring supplies of compatible elements also for installations in other locations, - integration into the EuRIS portal to improve the accessibility of bollard control services from a unified environment of interconnected and harmonized River Information Services, - system design processing and implementation documentation, - providing support for the implemented system and related software tools, - implementation of training and processing of documentation of the actual implementation.
