Due to the critical need for Diagnostic Radiological Cardiovascular Technician Service at the Minneapolis MN VA Hospital, offeror should seriously consider their capability of being able to provide the services before submitting an offer. Inability to provide the required service will be annotated through Contract Discrepancy Reports and identified in the Government Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting Service (CPARS) which may affect future contract opportunities. Please ensure adequate and qualified candidates are available before submitting an offer.This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a Request for Quote (RFQ) is being requested.
