The subject of the order is the supply of reagents, consumables and control materials, along with the lease of analyzers for the Department of Microbiology. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the SWZ together with the annexes. 1. Reagents for HBV genotyping and identification of mutations associated with resistance in serum and plasma samples - 540 tests; 2. Reagents for HCV genotyping and identification of mutations associated with resistance in serum and plasma samples - 450 tests; 3. Reagents for HIV genotyping and identification of mutations associated with resistance in serum and plasma samples - 384 determinations; 4. A set of magnetic balls for the DNA purification process at the stage of preparing libraries for NGS in terms of the indicated tests from item 1-3- 45 packages of 5 ml; 5. Magnetic block equipped with magnets with high attractive force (reducing separation time), adapted to 0.2 ml test tubes with an adapter for strips/PCR tubes - 1 pc.; 6.
