The work covered by the contract is located in the Klinkeshöfchen park in Eupen, at the level of the existing play modules: This contract includes the execution of the following works: - Supply work, assembly and installation of play modules (including reception) ; - Supply work, assembly and installation of wooden bleachers (including reception); - Supply work and installation of coverings (pavers, epdm) and linear concrete elements; - Supply of materials (rolled gravel, geotextile); - Optional work : water management, governance, etc.; The work described above is not exhaustive, the details of the work are included in the technical clauses and the summary measurement annexed to these special specifications. The AC Eupen technical service will be responsible for carrying out part of the work: - General earthworks and arable land (excluding play module foundations, cistern, staircase). Including evacuations; - Installation of geotextile and rolled/washed gravel; - Supply and installation of tree; - Drainage of the play area; - Plantations and lawns; - Dismantling and reinstallation of play modules, furniture, signage; As part of this contract, the contracting authority intends to fight against social dumping and fraud sociale.
