Expression of Interest are invited for Development of Mobile Application

The Northern Region Water Board has allocated funds from its 2023 /24 budget and intends to apply part of these funds towards the cost of Development of Mobile Application. The Northern Region Water Board now invites suitably qualified consultants to submit sealed expression of interest for Development of Mobile Application. The Board is seeking proposals from experienced firms to develop a modern and interactive Mobile Application to enhance customer service and engagement. The purpose of this work is to create a user-friendly and efficient mobile application that allows NRWB customers to access essential services and information conveniently.

SCOPE OF THE ASSIGNMENT
The successful consultant will be expected to deliver a mobile application that includes,
but is not limited to, the following functionalities:
a) Fault Reporting
• Users should be able to report water supply and infrastructure faults via the
app.
• Location tagging and photo uploading for fault reporting should be available.
b) Post-paid Bill Checking
• Users should be able to check their water bills through the app.
• The app should provide the ability to view customer transaction history
including payment records
