Development and technical support of the cPortál system The subject of the performance of this public contract is the takeover of the Transaction Portal system for electronic submissions (hereinafter referred to as "cPortal") and its further development and technical support. The cPortál system should enable complete electronic submission and electronic communication towards CS individuals (natives and foreigners) and legal entities, public authorities, or identity verification towards the European Union. cThe portal is intended to provide users with a private space for displaying information about their own submissions and the status of their processing and enable authorization, i.e. verification of access rights to applications and ensure access to these applications based on a single authentication. The cPortál system allows you to set representation in the representation section according to the assigned permissions - mandates for registered persons, at the same time it searches for the person's authorization or the authorizations granted to him by other persons and lists these authorizations.
