Development of active tourism in Lillafüred Miskolc The subject of the purchase is planning and design related to the investment to be implemented within the framework of the project "Active tourism development of Miskolc-Lillafüred" identification number TOP_PLUSZ-6.2.1-23-MI1-2025-00002 performance of management duties. The purpose of the development is to renew and functionally improve the environment of Lake Hámori for active tourism purposes, in a close-to-nature manner, to increase the tourist and active tourism attractiveness of the area, to increase the pedestrian and recreational improving the safety and comfort of use while ensuring the preservation of natural and landscape values. The planning task covers the planning preparation of three functionally and spatially connected development elements: - Lake Hámori for the planning of the renovation of the existing coastal promenade on the southwest side, the durable pavement design that matches the environmental conditions, the solutions that improve the safety and comfort of pedestrian traffic, as well as the necessary alignment corrections, taking into account drainage solutions and environmental aspects; - for the planning of the planned lake promenade along Lake Hámori, in the vicinity of the Ómassa highway, aiming to replace the section currently unsuitable for pedestrian traffic, by examining the creation of an experience-based pedestrian route, by developing a technical solution whose purpose is to ensure the possibility of pedestrian traffic on a platform structure fixed to the lake bed and guided above the water...
