Brief description of the procurement: The client's goal is to improve energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, reduce energy supplied to the building through investments in the public sector building, which is a building monument (monument 24648 "Kreenholm port warehouses") reduction, bringing buildings into compliance with indoor climate requirements and promoting the use of renewable energy.
