1) The Local Government Unit of Dingras through the 2025 General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2, 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Consulting Services in Designing and Drafting the Smart Urban Design Master Plan with Deed of Restrictions, and Urban Design Codes. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
