Tenders are invited for Designing and Building of a New Steel Structure Warehouse and Renovation of the Existing Warehouse at the African Union Continental Logistics Base in Douala Cameroon
The African Union Commission (AUC) invites potential DB contractors to submit their technical and financial bids no later than July 17, 2020 3:00pm Addis Ababa time. Email submissions are allowed. Maximum size of the attachment should not be above 10MB.
Interested DB contractors may obtain further information from African Union Commission (AUC) at the address below from 8.00AM up to 5.00PM from Monday to Friday starting from June 13, 2020.
Service providers may request for clarifications no less than 10days from the date of proposal submission using the address below.
5. Proposals shall be valid for a period of 60 days. Proposals must be delivered to the address below at or before July 17, 2020 3:00pm Addis Time.
Electronic proposals shall be permitted Maximum size of the attachment should not be above 10MB. Late proposal will be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the service providers representatives who choose to attend in person.
Proposals will be opened at AUC meeting Hall July 17, 2020 3:30pm.The Outer envelope should bear the name and address of the service provider and the proposal
title.
