Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Install, Test, Commission, Operate & Maintain Solar PV Generation and BESS Facilities in South Tarawa
(i) Contract № 1: Supply, Installation and Testing of STREP Solar PV and BESS

EPC contract funded under the STREP Project for the supply, installation and testing

of a solar PV power plant with battery energy storage system (BESS). The works,

plant and services to be undertaken under this contract include:

• civil works (access, site clearing and fencing, drainage, utilities);

• 4.0MW / 5.0 MWp of solar PV panel array and inverters,

• 5.0 MW / 13.0MWh BESS, and

• civil works and ancillary infrastructure and services.

(ii) Contract № 2: Supply, Installation and Testing of STWSP Solar PV and BESS

EPC contract funded under the STWSP Project for the supply, installation and testing

of a solar PV power plant with BESS. The works, plant and services to be undertaken

under this contract include:

• civil works (access, site clearing and fencing, drainage, utilities);

• 2.2MW / 2.5MWp of solar PV panel array and inverters;

• 5.0MW / 0.50MWh BESS; and

• civil works and ancillary infrastructure and services.

(iii) Contract № 3: O&M Services - Solar PV and BESS Facilities

O&M services contract for the solar PV / BESS facilities provided under

Contract № 1 and Contract № 2, each for a period of twelve months following their

Completion.

Bidders are required to bid for the entire scope of plant and services under all three contracts. Bids submitted that conform only to partial scope of the plant and services, or for only one or two of the contracts will not be considered for evaluation.

The design, supply, installation, testing and operation and maintenance services provided under the three contracts shall e completed within 24 months from the date of contract effectiveness.
