main features :
the framework agreement is multi-awarded, that is, it is awarded to up to five candidates, knowing that a candidate scoring less than 7/10 in subcategory "secuwill be eliminated. Subsequent contracts concluded on the basis of the framework agreement will constitute aggregate and fixed price contracts concluded for the period of performance of the requested services. Of the successful tenderers between 15 march and 5 may of each year.the time limit for the execution of each subsequent contract shall run from the notification of the relevant contract.execution is that of the day after the firing of fireworks. The pyrotechnic show will be performed every year, except intemperies, on july 13, at 22:45. The holder of each subsequent march shall specify the duration of the pyrotechnic spectacle. Penalties shall be provided for in article 9.3 of the specifications of particular clauses.

1 subsequent march each year will be scheduled. The framework agreement is awarded with an annual minimum of 10 000 euros ht and a maximumwith a minimum of 40, 000 euros ht and a maximum of 56, 000 euros ht.the market is not decomposed in lots, nor in phases or tranches.
