Lot 2
1. Fisheries Building - Roof-mounted, min. 68.0 kWp PV array, min. 1740 Ah battery storage.
2.. Barbuda Council Building - Ground-mounted, min. 9.6 kWp PV array, min. 390 Ah battery storage.
Lot 3
