Tender are invited for Design Build Services for Maritime Campus Davit Upgrades

Solicitation Description : The Board of Trustees of San Jacinto Community College District (“SJCCD” or “College”) has delegated to the College Administration the following responsibilities with respect to the selection of design-build service providers with capabilities to develop, design, and construct the removal of the existing lifeboat, upgrade or replace the existing two-point davit, install a new SOLAS 86 compliant lifeboat and rigging (provided by SJCCD), and provide and install a new 33kn single point rescue boat davit for the Maritime Campus.Pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter G, it is the intent of the College to use a two-step process to select a design-build firm and enter into an agreement for turnkey design-build services.
