Request for proposals are invited for Design and Develop an Online Consultation Platform
Overview: WIN seeks proposals for the development of a web-based Online Consultation Platform to enhance access to counseling and legal services for women and girls affected by gender-based violence.
Scope: Develop a public portal and admin backend portal in English, Sinhala, and Tamil for easy information access, appointment booking, and real-time consultations.
Purpose: Supplement WIN's existing service provision by enabling easy online access to counseling and legal advice, supporting women and girls across Sri Lanka.
