The object of the public procurement is the design and construction work of the multi-functional pier No. 6A in Paldiski Lounasada with a mooring length of 310 m and a back area of approx. 10 ha and a bearing capacity of 200 kN/m2 throughout. The quay must be equipped with an adjustable ramp, the width of the bridge section is 32 m and the load capacity is 1200 kN. Hthe tender contract also includes the dredging of the entrance channel of Paldiski South Harbor and the water area in front of the quay to be built to a depth of -13.5 m. The goal is that the infrastructure to be built would be suitable both as a base port for the construction of offshore wind farms and as a support port for maintenance.
