A brief description of the procurement: Tallinn aims to build a temporary beach building on the Pelgulinna 58 property. The building is designed for all year round. After finding a permanent solution, the second location of the building is transported (eg Pikakari Beach). In order to achieve the purpose of the contracting authority, the solution must be realistic and at optimum cost and convenient, functional, energy efficient, low operating costs and standard project. The works include the design and construction of a modular building, applying for a permit for construction and use, preparation of the implementation documentation and counseling during the design of the furnishings. The volume of construction work includes the installation of built -in (place -proof) furniture including sanitary ware.
