Tenders are invited for Design and Build of Transport Education Center (Tec).
Tender Fees: QAR 10000/-.
Tender Bond: QAR 15 million Qatari Riyals.
Qatar Railways Company (Qatar Rail) invites companies to bid for the above tender.
Qatar Rail requires a Contractor to design and build a Transport Education Center (TEC) to be located in the vicinity of Al Qassar Metro Station, Doha. The anticipated project commencement date is April 2018 with a duration of 29 months The Center is to be a landmark building with an overall Gross Floor Area of approximately 21.000 m2.
The Contractor must consider that it as a minimum can satisfy the following conditions:
Be a construction firm that is based in the GCC with a demonstrable track record of constructing large-scale buildings in the GCC region in the last 3 years;
Have sufficient capacity and be able to design and construct complex 4 star GSAS rated state-of-the-art buildings, including Civils. MEP, Architectural Fit-out. Fixtures & Fittings. Landscaping and associated infrastructure ; and
Have demonstrable expenence of constructing world class buildings with high quality finishes.
