I. part: Partial renovation of the infectious disease department of Szent Rafael hospital: The 300-bed Lung Sanatorium building, handed over in 1962, is located in the Pozva settlement, five kilometers from the city. The building operates on ground floor + 3 levels. No large-scale renovations took place on the building, the building is in poor energetic condition from an unfavorable point of view. In 2018, the ground floor was vacated by the Hospital, and has been empty ever since. The OMSZ will receive approximately half of this level (about 3/4 of one wing) for the construction of a temporary rescue station. The gross floor area affected by the investment is 550 m2. A total of 70 is expected main location must be ensured. A part of them will be present according to the normal daily work schedule, with rescue workers rotating, 24 hours a day. The condition of the building has greatly deteriorated: the painting of the walls has deteriorated in many places, the coverings are incomplete, the window panes are missing in several places, the window frames they are outdated (there are also a couple of plastic window panes that were replaced 1-2 years ago), the doors and windows are also in bad condition. The renovation does not affect external surfaces (with the exception of doors and windows), internal renovation is required.
