Delivery of a vehicle on a two-axle chassis with a hook-type body with a truck loading crane and a truck plow Delivery of a transport unit on a two-axle chassis with a hook-type body for transporting waste sorted using the system container. 1. The price must be expressed in PLN. PLN. 2. The price must include all delivery costs, e.g. excise duty, customs duties, taxes, etc. transport, insurance until delivery to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. 3.The vehicle and body must be made of brand new materials. 4.The vehicle should be delivered to the headquarters of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. z o. o., ul. Komunalna 5, 75-724 Koszalin from 7.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays, after prior notification to the Ordering Party at least 3 business days before delivery. 5.The delivered vehicle must have appropriate documents allowing it to be registered with the appropriate offices. 6.The delivered bodywork must have appropriate documents technical, including the decision of the Office of Technical Inspection. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Chapter II of the SWZ "Detailed description of the subject of the order". 1) The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of applying the procedure specified in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the so-called "reverse procedure".2) Pursuant to Art. 20 section 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the contract award procedure is conducted in Polish. 3) The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point...
