Urological laser device Subject of the public procurement: "Delivery, installation, commissioning, personnel training, warranty service and service of a urological laser device and blood gas analyzer for the needs of "MBAL - SHUMEN" AD", according to the following separate items: Separate item No. 1 - Urological laser device - 1 /one/ item and Separate item No. 2 - Blood gas analyzer - 1 /one/ item. Participants in the open procedure may submit bids for Special Position No. 1, in accordance with the Technical specification. The delivery under Separate item No. 2 will be assigned according to its individual value on the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP by direct assignment on the basis of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Civil Code. No bids are submitted for specific position No. 2. General estimated value of the order - 56050 euros without VAT, or 67260 euros with VAT. Estimated value of Detached Item No. 1 for which offers may be submitted is as follows: €51, 100 excluding VAT, or €61, 320 including VAT. Estimated value of Item No. 2 for which no offers are: 4950 euros without VAT, or 5940 euros with VAT. At the opening of the current procedure, no funding has been secured for its implementation. The implementation of the contract will begin after the contractor receives a contract letter sent to him by the contracting authority, in which it is confirmed that the financing has been secured and the deadline for submitting the performance guarantee and presentation by the contractor of the specified guarantee for the performance of the contract is indicated.​​​​...
