The subject of the order is: "Delivery of specialized software tools for 3D reconstruction of tomographic and MRI images for the needs of the Technical University - Sofia under project BG05M2OP001-1.001-0008 "National Center for Mechatronics and Clean Technologies", financed through the Operational Program Science and Education for Smart Growth" 2014-2020".
Software tools related to 3D reconstruction of tomographic and MRI images are used for 3D segmentation and construction of customized implants, also enable virtual planning of operations and implantation ofthe patient. Existing software tools are built on a modular basis, according to their application area. The order aims to deliver a package containing modules with specific tools for integrated tissue segmentation, design and analysis of custom implants.
