1. The subject of the order are the successive deliveries of disposable medical equipment for surgical procedures in the quantity and assortment specified in the Price Form, constituting Appendix No. 2.1-2.10 to the SWZ, respectively for each lot:
Part 1 - S7 laryngological andNeurosurgery
Part 2 - Valves and Drains
Part 3 - Endoscopic Staplers
Part 4 - Rosettes and Diamonds for the eG1 Drill
Part 5 - Medical Equipment for the Treatment of Hydrocephalus
Part 6 - Skull Closures
Part 7 - Titanium Clips
Part 8 - Equipment to the surgeonmaxilla
Part 9 - Equipment dedicated to the M5 device and the Indigo Drill drill in the unit
Part 10 - Medical equipment for the treatment of hydrocephalus
2. The Ordering Party in the scope of Part No. 8 additionally requires the delivery of necessary equipment 2 days before the planned surgeryto be implanted (screwdrivers, forceps, trimming tools, etc.).
