1. The subject of this order is the delivery of a set of three phytotron chambers for the cultivation of in vitro cultures and plants, compatible with each other, brand new and free from legal and physical defects (hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment"). Further information as to description of the Equipment and scope of delivery are provided later in the announcement (Description (BT-24-Lot), with full and comprehensive information in the indicated scope provided by SWZ. 2. Whenever a term from the following is used in this announcement, by this mean: 1) PZP Act - Polish Act of 11/09/2019 - Public Procurement Law, 2) SWZ or Procurement Documents - the procurement document prepared for this procedure (and open tender procedure) referred to in Art. 133 i 134 of the Public Procurement Law with annexes, including Annex No. 2 (Technical and scope description of the delivery) and the Contract Template; 3) Template Agreement - draft provisions of the procurement agreement, the content of which is provided in Annex No. 9 of the SWZ.
