Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of server drives and a mass storage controller. A detailed description of the subject of the order/technical parameters of the ordered delivery is included in the order. No. 3 to the SWZ. The remaining requirements are specified in the contract template, constituting a. No. 4 to SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to complete the order, both as main elements and components, elements of the service provision environment or accompanying solutions, does not included: - ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; - an ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor the ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision.
