Towarowa 1, 43-100 Tychy invites you to submit an offer in the public procurement procedure conducted on the basis of the Public Procurement Regulations in Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej sp. z o.o. in Tychy, the subject of which is the SUPPLY OF SAMSUNG GALAXY A16 MOBILE PHONES, WITH USB-C CHARGERS OR EQUIVALENTS.1. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 1 hereto request for quotation.2. Required order completion date: 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract3. Place of delivery/order fulfillment: ul. Towarowa 1, 43-100 Tychy4. The contract template is included in Annex No. 35. The offer price should be given in Polish zlotys (PLN). accurate to two decimal places. The total price of the offer must cover the entire scope of the order specified in the request for quotation.
