"Delivery of robotic machining stations based on the "GANTRY" system (gantry loaders). "Basic requirements of a turning center: 1. Two electro-spindles, main spindle and counter-spindle, 2. Two turret tool heads with an axis "Y" equipped with the possibility of using rotary tools, 3. Chip conveyor adapted to work with a chip crusher, 4. Adaptation for central oil mist extraction, 5. Central lubrication system, 6. Adapting the machine to work with a central system machining coolant, 7. Spindle brake, 8. Automatic upper door of the machine for cooperation with a robot loading the machine from the top (does not require opening the entire main door of the operator during automatic operation of the robot with the machine), 9. Automatic compensation temperature deformation of the machine structure based on temperature sensors built into the body, 10. Manual rinsing of the working space and internal automatic rinsing system of the working space, 11.
