Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the supply of magnesite and chromite refractory materials formed before burning, for building in rotary furnaces for the production of lead alloys and their afterburning chambers. The physico-chemical properties of products should have resistance to corrosion and erosion under The impact of the operation of both liquid metal (PB) and the slag formed during its production. The contracting authority requires that refractory materials have the required specifics of buildings, shapes and dimensions and be formed before burning in accordance with the shared statement of dimensions (Annex No. 11 to SWZ). The supply of refractory materials formed by cutting them or requiring cutting before buildings is unacceptable. The required shape of bricks and the dimensions of selected formats are included in Annex 11 to SWZ.
The list of materials covered by the order includes Annex 2 to SWZ.
List Equipment intended for buildings supplied under this contract with refractory materials includes Annex 3 to SWZ.
The contractor is also obliged to inform periodically Ordering Party about progress in the course of production and/or securing the ordered materials at 2-week intervals.
